A first

For years I've been considering expanding my writing from notes into posts, and managed to do nothing about it. Instead of just doing it, I've excused myself
saying that no one is interested, it's just a textdump somewhere that no one will ever access or read. It's always been a distant thought in that sense, it would be fun to do, but I couldn't motivate the effort required to actually do it.

Just recently I shifted that perspective slightly and this opened up a new approach to my own views on writing; what if I just write posts for myself instead?

I already do the work with the notes, especially when going down rabbit holes, why don't I just wrap it up as a post, sort of like a finisher for the project? Perhaps it will arrange my own conclusion, perhaps it will let me feel like I've finished something, perhaps it doesn't matter at all.
